    We are a growing U.S.-based professional services firm with a performance-driven marketing strategy. Our growth depends on paid ads, organic search visibility, and AI-driven discoverability. We are looking for a high-level Digital Ads Manager with strong SEO expertise who can actively manage campaigns daily, monitor competitors, and direct website and content improvements to increase traffic and conversions. This is not a passive VA role. This is a hands-on, full-time, analytical, and strategic position. You will own paid advertising performance, SEO strategy, and website optimization. You will monitor ads throughout the day, optimize campaigns daily, and ensure our website and content are optimized for search engines and AI-driven discovery (Google, ChatGPT, voice search, and other AI tools). You will instruct content writers and web developers on what changes must be made to improve rankings, conversions, and authority. Responsibilities: Paid Advertising & Daily Optimization • Actively monitor paid ads multiple times per day • Perform daily optimizations , including: Budget adjustments, audience and targeting refinements, creative and copy testing, and placement optimization • Pause underperforming ads quickly and scale winning campaigns • Track and optimize: CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion quality • Manage and optimize: Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads Ad Spend & Strategy Recommendations • Provide clear recommendations on: Increasing or decreasing ad spend, launching new campaigns, pausing or killing underperforming ads, and scaling profitable campaigns • Communicate insights clearly to leadership (non-technical explanations) Competitor Monitoring & Market Intelligence • Monitor competitors daily and weekly using SEMrush, ad libraries, and keyword tools • Track: Competitor keywords, ad copy, creatives, offers, and landing pages and funnels • Identify gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities SEO Strategy & Execution - Core Responsibility • Own the SEO strategy for the website • Use SEMrush to: Conduct keyword research, track rankings, identify technical SEO issues, and analyze competitor SEO strategies • Optimize for: Local SEO, Conversion-focused SEO, and AI-driven search and discovery AI Search & Optimization - Very Important • Optimize content and site structure for AI-based search tools , including: Google SGE, Chat-based search tools, and voice search and long-tail queries • Ensure content answers user intent clearly and comprehensively • Recommend structured content, FAQs, schema, and authority signals to improve AI visibility Website Monitoring & Developer DirectionMonitor website performance regularly , including: Page speed indexing issues, broken links, and UX and conversion issues • Instruct web developers on: Technical SEO fixes, page structure changes, and speed and performance improvements • Instruct content writers on: SEO-driven content updates, keyword placement, internal linking, and content expansion or pruning • Ensure changes are implemented correctly and verified Reporting & Communication • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering: Paid ads performance, SEO progress, keyword movement, and competitor activity • Immediately flag: Spend spikes, ranking drops, and tracking or indexing issues • Make actionable recommendations , not just reports Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience Must-Have • Proven experience with: Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEMrush • Daily ad optimization experience • Strong SEO and keyword strategy knowledge • Experience directing developers and content teams • Understanding of AI-driven search and content optimization • Excellent written and spoken English • Highly analytical, proactive, and independent • Google Ads experience • Local SEO experience • Schema markup and technical SEO knowledge • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience • Canva or creative testing experience This Role Is NOT For You If • You only check ads once per day • You do not have hands-on SEO experience • You cannot confidently direct developers or writers • You prefer task-based VA work instead of ownership • If you are not available during the US Eastern Standard Time Zone Compensation: $9,000- $33,000 MX per month
