    Job Description

    Job Title: Client Service Associate Sepio Capital is a $4.5 billion multi-family office and institutional advisor with offices in the Bay Area, California and Salt Lake City, Utah. We have a 25 person team with 11 investment professionals who are dedicated to building custom solutions for clients. Our mission at Sepio Capital is to protect our clients' assets, fortify their legacies, and guard what matters most to them. We accomplish this by having a deep understanding of our clients' needs and aspirations. We then employ our extensive resources and decades of investment experience to help our clients achieve their goals. Role & Responsibilities A strong candidate for this position will be motivated by client satisfaction and driven to exceed client expectations. They will serve as the main point of contact for clients' day-to-day service needs. Client Service Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responding to client inquiries and requests via phone and email; escalating issues to the investment advisor as appropriate • Performing account maintenance and working with account custodian to ensure seamless client experience • Managing cash balances, processing check, wire, and other money movement requests • Facilitating in-kind charitable donations • Keeping client database current • Scheduling client-related appointments and preparing meeting materials • Acting as liaison with clients' legal and tax advisors • Ensuring that all client operations are executed in line with internal compliance policies • Other duties as needed Qualifications • Exceptional attention to detail; high degree of accuracy and consistency • Ability to work independently and manage concurrent multi-step processes • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills • Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment • Strong commitment to firm, team, and clients • High level of emotional intelligence; ability to effectively communicate and interact with a variety of personalities • Fluency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Aptitude for learning new software (Addepar, X2 CRM, Wealthscape) • Two to four years of prior work experience, preferably in finance or office administration Education • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred • Additional professional certifications a plus Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience.
