Septagon Construction Company provides general contracting and construction management services to clients throughout Missouri and Iowa.  We are currently looking to increase our skilled workforce of Concrete Workers, Carpenters and Iron workers.  Experience is preferred but not required.  All inquiries will be kept confidential.

After an application is received, some or all of the following information may be verified: School and training (including high school) Job-related experience Non job-related experience Personal references If references and application information are satisfactory, and a job opening exists, an interview may be scheduled. Under normal circumstances, interviews will not be conducted at the time of application. This procedure may be altered by the employer on a case-by-case basis if circumstances dictate (ie., urgency of job opening, distance traveled by applicant, time available, etc.) The interview may be videotaped by the employer at the employer’s discretion. No audio or videotaping is allowed or permitted other than outlined above.

If the interview is successful, a job offer may be made to the applicant contingent upon the availability of work and the applicant satisfactorily completing any drug testing and/or physical testing requested of him or her.
