External Wholesaler for RIAs and Wealth Advisors
The External Wholesaler will be responsible to build relationships with RIA groups and Wealth Advisory firms. The investments that will be offered are alternative investments such as Reg D and Reg A transactions which include total return/income-oriented investments and tax advantaged for active/passive income. The core clientele will be derived from their existing relationships, introductions and engagement agreements with the entities mentioned above.
Qualifications and Requirements
10 years experience as an External Wholesaler with RIAs and Wealth Advisors
Licenses FINRA SIE, 7, 63, 82
Bachelor's Degree
Travel The position is based in Charleston, SC and some travel is required. This includes but is not limited to conferences and potential selling referral client meetings. Living in Charleston is a plus but is not required for this position.
Compensation This External Wholesaler is an independent contractor/1099 with compensation based on performance, monthly commissions generated by sales at closings, and the opportunity for an annual bonus based on production and activity.
Responsibilities · Build new and strengthen existing relationships with CCOs adding new selling agreements
· Build new relationships with RIA groups, Wealth Advisory firms, and Family Offices
· Establish an affluent book of investor referral business through high quality, proactive interactions
· Articulate SFS sophisticated products
· Utilize the Zoho CRM system to track and maintain reporting of production, log work, BD and client activity
· Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills internally and throughout webinars
· Possess strong work ethic and motivated to achieve success with high integrity and values
