    Job Description

    The Southeast External Wholesaler will be responsible for building relationships with RIA groups, Wealth Advisory firms, and Family Offices. The investments that will be offered are alternative investments such as Reg D and Reg A transactions which include total return/income-oriented investments and tax advantaged for active/passive income.

    The core clientele will be derived from their existing relationships, introductions and engagement agreements with the entities mentioned above.

    Compensation

    This Southeast External Wholesaler is an independent contractor/1099 with compensation based on performance, monthly commissions generated by sales at closings, and the opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus based on production and activity.

    Responsibilities

    · Build new and strengthen existing relationships with CCOs adding new selling agreements

    · Build new relationships with RIA groups, Wealth Advisory firms, and Family Offices

    · Establish an affluent book of investor referral business through high quality, proactive interactions

    · Articulate SFS sophisticated products

    · Utilize the Zoho CRM system to track and maintain reporting of production, log work, BD and client activity

    · Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills internally and throughout webinars

    · Possess strong work ethic and motivated to achieve success with high integrity and values

    Qualifications & Requirements

    · Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years experience as an internal or external wholesaler in the financial services industry

    · License Requirements: FINRA SIE, Series 63, Series 82 or 7

    Travel

    This position is remote in the Southeast United States with travel to The Charleston Home Office, when necessary, conferences, and potential selling or referral client meetings
