    Our Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating and managing company marketing content across multiple platforms; including but not limited to social media platforms, blogs, email drip campaigns in our database (Follow Up Boss), company website and landing pages, print and digital collateral, ads, and mailers. This may include press releases and company announcements, marketing for training classes, webinars, and events. Working directly with the CEO to ensure content needs are being met and presenting additional ideas to ensure engagement of the community. This role would require the ability to take content from recordings and research to incorporate it into many pieces of sub-content such as blogs, video clips, and shorter video segments. Ability to be creative, think outside the box, be well-organized, a self-starter, personable, ability to meet strict deadlines, and have a passion for producing quality content with results. Success in this role will be determined by the value of the content created, engagement generated across platforms, new leads added to the Serene Realty database through marketing, and the ability to fluently work with multiple departments to create cohesive, deadline-sensitive content. Responsibilities: Management of the following; • Social Media • Marketing Assets • Newsletters • Email Marketing • PR • Website and Landing Pages • Advertising • Events • Brands • Ability to execute all company marketing strategies across all platforms • Research leading industry news sources and distribute relevant articles to the team through sales brief • Liaise with other departments such as Recruiting, Training, Admin Services, Coaching, and Consulting to gather information and accomplish the marketing team’s goals • Oversee and manage the Marketing Partners (VAs) • Own and maintain all company Marketing Systems and Tools • Support client experience and appreciation programs • Produce content that ensures engagement from social media platforms • Build relationships with clients Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, social media management, and/or content creation • Loves to research to create valuable thought-leader based content • High-level communication skills and the ability to convey information verbally and in writing • Experience in Facebook/Instagram/Google paid ads preferred • Ability to manage many projects at once while meeting strict deadlines • Proficiency in WordPress websites preferred • Experience in brand management and development • The ability to work remotely while maintaining production requirements • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently • Video editing skills are a plus • SEO knowledge is a plus Compensation: $50,000+
