    JOB TITLE: Software Product Manager and Architect

    POSITION: One (1), Full Time, 40 hours per week, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

    RATE OF PAY: $112,000

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Do detailed analysis of all the company internal process and prepare technical requirement documents.

    • Control the development process with team and reach the level of success (manage software projects execution to ensure adherence to customers & users’ expectations, budget, schedule, and scope.)

    • Test, maintain, and monitor systems, including coordinating the development, QA & installation of systems in the servers.

    • Technical consultancy in the logistics and transportation software implementation

    • Properly implement the software among the internal operational employees/staffs.

    • Get real feedbacks from the customer and fix that in the software.

    • Troubleshoot platform & system malfunctions to restore normal functioning

    • Expand and keeping modifying the platform to serve new purposes or improve workflow.

    • Work with management to ensure agreement on system principles.

    • Direct software programming and development of technical documentation.

    • Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.

    • Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify Platform intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.

    • Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system requirements.

    • Prepare UML and Use-Case Diagrams and draw the business process, architecture.

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Requires Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field and 2 years of experience in IT management/lead related positions. Requires experience in UML TOOLS, MYSQL, LINUX, UBUNTU, AMAZON WEB SERVICES, AJAX, HYPERTEXT MARKUP LANGUAGE HTML, NODE.JS

    • Proficiency may be obtained through education, experience, training or certification.
