Responsibilities: Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Qualifications: Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Professional in attitude and appearance Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Compensation: $50,000 + at plan
