    About Us We are the main Massachusetts branch of American Income Life (AIL), which was founded in 1951. Due to our success in the past decade, we were recently bought and merged with Globe Life, (GL) on the NYSE, and now represent over 40,000 unions and associations internationally. Our niche is we work directly with labor unions and associations on their permanent insurance benefits. Here in Massachusetts we have the contracts and endorsements with the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA), the Massachusetts Police Association (MPA), the Teamsters (IBT), the State Employees (SEIU), and numerous other blue-collar local unions. Two things separate us as an employer. First is our training process; we develop employees personally and professionally. While we are working remotely during the pandemic, we continue to provide one-on-one coaching and training of all new employees. We created our own state-of-the-art online module training, thus new employees are able to grasp the material at their own pace. We couple this with live job shadowing, of their direct manager, on zoom for presentations to our union members. This allows employees to develop strong interpersonal skills and gain real-world, hands-on experience with a sales team. Second is our company culture.
