The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while fulfilling commercial deliveries. We're looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Field Agent Operations Associate at Serve Robotics you will be the primary operator in the field supporting commercial robot deliveries. Your main objective will be to assist Merchants and Customers with the execution of deliveries and provide support to the rovers in the field. This will include deploying and handling rovers and serving as a point of contact for Serve’s operations in the field. Your daily contributions will directly impact Serve’s Merchant partners' experience and will have a significant impact on the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide field support for commercial end-to-end deliveries with Serve rovers in market
• Support rovers (robots) in the field and serve as the point of contact for issues that might occur
• Contribute to the development of processes and routines necessary to operate rovers safely
• Aid in deployment of rovers to and from market
• Act as a point of contact for Serve merchants, customers and stakeholders
• Uphold efforts to maintain appearance and cleanliness of rovers
• Contribute to maintaining a clear and safe workplace that facilitates frictionless operations
• Provide additional ad hoc operational support to the team as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, operations/logistics, or similar field
• Superior organization, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to keep calm under pressure with a can-do attitude to meeting challenges
• Ability to work autonomously with little need for supervision
• Capable of spending multiple hours on your feet and walking several miles per day
• Valid US driver’s license
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Ability to Bike Several Miles
• Ability to lift 70 lb.

• Previous experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups
• Face-to-face customer experience
• Familiarity with G Suite, with an emphasis on Google Docs and Sheets
• Passion for efficiency, innovation and robotics
• Previous military experience or security clearance
