Earn $1,200 – $1,400 per week (including tips) and live year-round in the Hamptons. Léon 1909 is a high-end French & Italian countryside restaurant celebrated for refined cuisine, elevated service, and a warm, guest-focused atmosphere. We’re seeking experienced full-time Servers who excel in fine dining hospitality and thrive in a professional, team-driven environment.

Your Role

• Deliver refined, attentive service to each guest in a fine-dining setting

• Collaborate with the service team and kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Provide detailed menu and wine knowledge with confidence

• Maintain professionalism and pace during high-volume service

• Uphold sanitation and safety standards

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Server / Waiter / Waitstaff in fine dining, upscale casual, or Michelin-level restaurants

• Polished communication and guest-relation skills

• Strong multitasking and attention to detail

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Calm, positive attitude under pressure

• Team-first mentality and commitment to hospitality excellence

Schedule

• Full-time | Year-round employment

• 35 hours per week (4–5 shifts) | 7–8 hour shifts
