    Join our dynamic team at 5 Oceans Restaurant as a Server, where you'll provide exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant atmosphere. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and delicious cuisine, making every guest feel special and valued.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

    Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.

    Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and dietary restrictions.

    Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment.

    Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.

    Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

    Upsell daily specials and promote new menu items to enhance guest experience.

    Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

    Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

    Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

    Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid food handler’s permit.

    Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
