Location: Horn Barbecue – Fresno, CA Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

The Server is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive service while maintaining Horn Barbecue’s standards for quality and hospitality. Servers are the face of the dining experience and play a key role in ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming experience

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner

Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods

Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally

Accurately process payments and follow cash-handling procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
