We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Server Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our service staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring the dining area is clean and well-organized.

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.

Refill water glasses, replenish bread baskets, and perform other tasks as needed to support the service staff.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary.

Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays for extended periods of time.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
