We’re building a team that loves great food, sharp service, and genuine connection, and right now, we’re looking for Server Assistants to help us create memorable dining experiences.

About the Role Server Assistants at Fancypants are essential to the rhythm of our service. You’ll work closely with our servers to make sure guests feel cared for from start to finish. You’re not just delivering food, you’re delivering energy, knowledge, and hospitality.

What You'll Do

Run food with confidence and menu knowledge

Keep tables looking sharp by bussing, resetting, polishing, and prepping

Lead water service and help keep the dining room flowing smoothly

Support with opening and closing duties

Anticipate needs before guests even have to ask

Who You Are

At least 18 years old

1+ year of restaurant experience

Available for a mix of night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Quick on your feet and organized under pressure

A great communicator with a guest-first mindset

Team-oriented and ready to pitch in wherever needed
