Tantísimo is a Latin American farm-to-table café and restaurant in Sylvan Park. We offer a rotating seasonal menu blending Middle Tennessee’s best produce and proteins with authentic Latin American cuisine, an all-Latin American wine program, dedicated espresso program, thoughtful agave list, and Latin inspired cocktail menu.

While our positions can be divided into Front of House and Back of House, the guest experience is a shared responsibility for everyone who works in our house.
