Position Overview:

As a Server, you’ll be the face of both restaurants—delivering excellent service, guiding guests through our menus, and making sure every visit is memorable. Whether it’s morning pancakes or a dinner brisket sandwich, you’ll be a key part of making our food shine through hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience: Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and care.

Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with both menus—including daily specials, seasonal donuts, and our signature BBQ offerings.

Team Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth, timely service.

Problem Solving: Address guest concerns with professionalism and ensure satisfaction.

Clean & Organized: Keep your section clean, organized, and fully stocked.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

Hospitality-Driven: Positive, professional, and guest-focused at all times.

Multi-Tasking: Able to manage multiple tables and switch between concepts with ease.

Flexible Schedule: Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Team-Oriented: Willing to support others and contribute to a positive team culture.
