    Looking for an amazing place to work? We are just the place! We are looking for someone to join our team who can serve, as well as bartend, to fit our staffing/schedule needs. We are looking for someone with open availability. This will primarily be serving.

    Compensation is $2.13 hourly plus tips, averaging $16-27+ hourly.

    Job Duties:

    Side-work (silverware, stocking, etc) and opening/closing duties

    Waiting on customers/tables, taking their orders, serving their food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service.

    Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

    Attend to customers upon entrance

    Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

    Take and serve orders

    Mix traditional and creative cocktails

    Process payment from customers

    Clean glasses and bar utensils

    Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences

    Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits

    Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift

    Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

    Take and input customer orders into the POS, and have a full understanding of food and drink menu

    Any other duties deemed necessary to the position.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Training or Experience with Bartending and Serving (3 years experience minimum)

    Extensive Knowledge of Drink Mixing, Garnishing, Steps of Service

    Strong Communication Skills

    Positive Attitude, Personable demeanor

    Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Organization

    Ability to Stand for Long Periods

    Strong Observational Skills, Conflict Resolution, Computer Literacy

    Knowledge of a second language is a plus

    Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

    Relevant training certifications (TABC and Food Handlers)

    Must be able to lift heavy items (kegs)

    Authorized to work in the United States.
