Job Summary Neir’s Tavern, one of NYC’s oldest and most iconic neighborhood bars, is looking for a Server/Bartender to join our team. We’re a high-energy, community-driven tavern serving great food, classic drinks, and good vibes to locals and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

Serve food and drinks to guests with a warm, welcoming attitude

Prepare and serve classic cocktails, beer, and wine

Handle both table service and bar service as needed

Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area

Process payments accurately and efficiently

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Uphold responsible alcohol service standards

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred

Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required

Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items

Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service and time management skills

Ability to work well in a team environment
