Position Overview
The Server provides excellent customer service in the Café Zone by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly dining experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests promptly and with a positive attitude.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café dining area.
Assist with preparing tables for guests, including setups for parties and events.
Handle payments, process transactions, and provide accurate change/receipts.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Report directly to the Café Manager/Park Manager.
Requirements
Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred (but not required).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Physically able to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates.
