    At Oswego Grill, we are looking for highly motivated team players that can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With the fast expansion of the company, there are many long-term growth opportunities.

    Example of Server Tasks:

    Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

    Offer expertise in menu and food/beverage recommendations. Explain chef specialties, identify appropriate wines, answer food preparation inquiries.

    Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, track dietary needs and special requests.

    Showing attentiveness to the guest table by delivering and removing dishes, refilling glasses, fulfilling guest requests.

    Create check, accept payment, and deliver bill with change or credit card.
