What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, polished, and attentive service in a high-volume fine dining setting
• Guide guests through our Italian-inspired menu and beverage program with expertise
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and support staff for seamless timing and execution
• Upsell wines, specials, and desserts while enhancing overall guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and poise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful dining section that reflects our standards
• Learn our products, our people, and our purpose—and embody it in every shift

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of alcohol compliance training required
• Non-slip shoes required (not provided)
• Full availability required for lunch and dinner shifts, weekends, Sundays, and holidays
• Prior upscale or high-volume service experience strongly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods with stamina and grace
• Carry trays, navigate tight spaces, and maintain flow in a busy dining room
• Lift up to 50 lbs (trays, product, etc.) from floor to overhead
• Manual dexterity for POS devices, plating, and silverware setup
• Strong visual and auditory awareness for order accuracy and guest cues
• Work in indoor, patio, warm, and humid environments
• Tolerate steam, smoke, allergens, and cleaning chemicals
• Flexibility to bend, kneel, twist, reach, and use step-stools as needed
