EBERLY is seeking experienced fine-dining servers to join our team. We provide opportunities for growth and education. Our company works on a tip pool system averaging between $25-$50 per hour with a large portion of our volume being private events that can increase the average income. All employees are paid weekly.

Job Summary

Maintaining a section of 4-7 tables with a cover count of 20-30 guests

Working side work to ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Cocktail serving experience for high volume bars within Eberly

Creating a guest experience

Fulfill steps of service accurately and precisely

Event set up and break down

Preferred 2 years experience in upscale dining
