As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests are well taken care of from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete Colonial House menu training as required.
Prepare and clean dining areas before guests are seated.
Present menus, entrée, and drink specials; assist customers in selecting food and beverages in a pleasant manner.
Take orders and serve food promptly and professionally.
Answer questions and make recommendations upon guest request.
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables before and after guests leave.
Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Alert management of any guest concerns or issues immediately.
Issue bills, accept, and process payments.
Thank guests upon their departure.
Clean tables and seating areas after guests leave, including the floor.
Maintain health and safety regulations within the dining room and kitchen.
Work well with dining room and kitchen staff.
Perform assigned side work.
Be a team player and assist with other duties as needed.
Successfully pass Alcohol Safety Training within 30 days of hire.
