We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team at Colliers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. - Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring all requests and dietary needs are met.
- Provide menu recommendations and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Attend to guest feedback and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently.
- Prepare checks and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area to ensure a pleasant environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols.

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic mathematics skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
