As a Server at Jashan, you’ll be the face of our dining experience — guiding guests through our menu, sharing the stories behind our dishes, and ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. At Jashan, hospitality is more than service; it’s connection, tradition, and celebration.

You’ll play an essential role in delivering the elevated yet warm experience we are known for.

Responsibilities:

Execute service steps with precision, consistency, and warmth

Support captains and managers throughout service

Learn menu details, ingredients, techniques, and service standards

Maintain awareness of guest needs and the pace of the room

Carry food and beverages with confidence and care

Participate fully in training, sidework, prep, and closing duties

Protect the professionalism and quality of the dining room

Qualifications:

Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Fine dining or upscale exposure is helpful

Genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality

High coachability and strong work ethic

Previous experience as a server is preferred

Friendly and outgoing personality

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
