Responsibilities:

Greet and seat residents in a warm, welcoming manner to create a positive first impression

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff

Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy

Anticipate resident needs, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns promptly

Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and allergens

Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set between seatings

Requirements:

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must meet Michigan state age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable
