✨ What You’ll Do:

• Greet residents, staff, and guests with a friendly smile and seat them at clean, prepared tables.
• Present menus, highlight daily specials, and answer questions about meal options.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them accurately and promptly.
• Ensure meals are served correctly and to each resident’s satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages.
• Clear tables, clean dining areas, and restock service stations.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen and dining room cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor kitchen equipment (refrigerators, freezers, etc.) for proper function.
• Support the Culinary Team during special events and busy meal times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ to serve alcoholic beverages).
• Positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors.

Employment Requirements:

• TB Certificate (as required by the state)
• First Aid & CPR Certification (as required by the state)
• Criminal Background Check and Fingerprint Clearance
• LIC 503 – Health Screening Report
• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Lift and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining environment.
