Lillian’s Petite Market & Eatery is looking for experienced, hospitality-minded Servers to join our team.

We’re a neighborhood restaurant, market, and coffee shop on Charleston’s West Side built around thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of community. We care deeply about the experience we create for our guests—and just as much about the team that makes it possible.

THE ROLE

Our servers are more than order takers. They are hosts, guides, teammates, and an important part of the experience at Lillian’s.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy taking care of others, take pride in doing things well, and understand that great service comes from both individual effort and a strong team.

Our service standards are high and nonnegotiable. We expect attention to detail, urgency, professionalism, menu knowledge, and consistency. In return, we’re committed to teaching, developing, and creating opportunities for people who want to grow with us.
