Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.

Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Systems.

Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities.

Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with overall restaurant sanitation.

Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality, guest relations, and culinary excellence.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server, preferably within an upscale environment.

Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation and handling is a plus.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.

Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food service industry.
