About the Role:

Monadnock Country Cafe LLC in Jaffrey, NH is looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our team! If you love connecting with people and delivering great dining experiences in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen

Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy

Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

Process payments and handle cash and card transactions

Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations

Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Previous serving or food service experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus

Must be 21yrs of age

Monday thru Friday position 645am-230pm
