Moro's Kitchen, a premier restaurant in Skaneateles, is looking for a Server to be an integral part of our team!.

The ideal candidates has F&B front of house experience, is professional and a team player who is committed to providing excellent service.

We’re looking for a motivated Part time and Full Time Servers to join our team. We operate an upscale Italian restaurant in the downtown district and we need waitstaff with at least 1 year prior serving experience to provide excellent, timely service to our patrons. Moro's Kitchen is owned by regionally renowned chef Edward Moro and highlights a modern Italian cuisine with scratch cooking and house made gelato.

Our ideal candidate will arrive on time, always smile for our customers, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skill and a willingness to meet guests’ needs quickly and politely.

Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests

Explain to guests about menu items

Clean and prepare the dining areas

Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with guests

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
