We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Summary: As a Server at Locanda Ischia, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and drinks.

Ensure tables are properly set up and cleaned throughout the dining service.

Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally.

Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.

Process payments, handle cash, and issue receipts.

Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification and Food Handler Certification are required. You must either have valid certificates or be willing to obtain them by your first day of work.

Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A passion for providing excellent service and creating a positive guest experience.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
