ABOUT FOSTER'S: Foster’s & Co. is more than a bar or workspace. We’re a unique gathering place that brings together an upscale professional workspace, lounge, coffee, beer and wine, private meetings, and community events.

Our guests come to Foster’s to work, meet, unwind, and connect—and we want every person who walks through the door to feel genuinely welcomed.

THE POSITION: We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and dependable Server to help create the Foster’s experience during our evening hours.

This isn't a high-volume restaurant serving position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting to know guests, providing attentive service, and helping maintain a relaxed, professional atmosphere.

The regular schedule is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours during private events, networking events, and other venue activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Serve beer, wine, coffee, and other beverages.
• Take beverage and light food orders as applicable.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process payments.
• Keep the bar, lounge, and guest areas clean, stocked, and inviting.
• Restock beverages, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with setup, service, and cleanup for private and community events.
• Learn about Foster’s workspace, meeting rooms, memberships, and events so you can answer basic guest questions.
• Help create the kind of atmosphere that turns first-time visitors into regulars.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous serving, bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with a variety of people.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Dependable and able to take ownership of responsibilities during a shift.
• Comfortable working independently during slower periods while remaining attentive to guests.
• TABC Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
