The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking gracious and service-driven Servers to join the opening team of Polo Pony , our elevated American cuisine concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in guest engagement, possess a refined understanding of service etiquette, and thrive in high-volume, upscale dining environments.
As a Server at Polo Pony, you will deliver warm, personalized hospitality while guiding guests through a curated culinary experience. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and poise under pressure will reflect the World Equestrian Center’s core values of Quality, Class, and Distinction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and luxurious dining experience through attentive, personalized service.
Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions.
Maintain a polished and professional presence throughout service.
Ensure timely and accurate order entry, coordination with the culinary team, and seamless table service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns with grace and discretion.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and service areas.
Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
Assist with private dining and special event service as needed.
Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in upscale or fine dining service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and refined service etiquette.
Familiarity with POS systems and table management software.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance Certifications required.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
