About Us: We are a family-owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and delicious, comforting meals. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we pride ourselves on creating a sense of community for both our guests and our staff. We’re open daily until 3 PM—meaning our team is typically out the door by 4 PM, giving you your evenings free!

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and personable Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a fast-casual dining environment and a passion for providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive

Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system

Memorize and confidently describe menu items, daily specials, and upsell when appropriate

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members

Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleaned

Deliver food and beverages promptly and check in regularly with guests

Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a fast-casual or casual dining setting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of energy and stamina; able to remain on feet for extended periods

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.)

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Weekend availability is mandatory
