About the Role:

Red Robin Burgers and Brews in Sherwood, OR is looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our team! Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction

Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including burgers, appetizers, and beverage offerings

Anticipate guest needs, check in during meals, and resolve any concerns quickly

Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately

Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow

Maintain a clean and organized section throughout each shift

Requirements:

Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must meet Oregon minimum age requirements for serving alcohol

OLCC Service Permit (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)
