Red Robin in Vancouver, WA is looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Server to join our team! Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards

Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience

Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience

Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude

Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room

Requirements:

Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol per Washington State law

MAST permit (or willingness to obtain) for responsible alcohol service

Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
