Bring the vibes. Serve the hits. Make people feel like rockstars.
Why you’ll love it here:
At Rock’n Dough, we mix Epic Flavors, Unforgettable Vibes, and Headliner Hospitality. If you’ve got energy, curiosity, and a guest-first mindset, you’ll thrive on our stage.
What you’ll do (aka your setlist)
Own the guest experience: warm welcome, confident recs, memorable table touches.
Read the room: pace courses, time refills, stage share plates, anticipate needs.
Know the menu: pizzas, apps, pastas, seasonal features, and house beers (quick pairings = big wins).
Sell through service: suggest pairings, samples in taster glasses, and “you’ve gotta try this” moments.
Keep it tight: pre-bus, reset, verify orders, and close the loop on every request.
Fix the issue & the feeling: use our RHYTHM recovery steps to turn misses into “wow.”
Play as a team: jump on running food, expo handoffs, and host assists during rush.

A friendly floor presence and clear, upbeat communication.
Curiosity about food, beer, and cocktails (we’ll train you to talk flavors, not buzzwords).
