South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant Servers to join our exceptional food and beverage team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, wine offerings, and daily specials

Offer recommendations and upsell menu items and wine pairings when appropriate

Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring attention to detail and guest preferences

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service

Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service laws

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset

Qualifications

Previous serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort environment preferred

Wine knowledge or interest in learning about wine and pairings is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and glassware (up to 25 lbs.)
