What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and intention — first impressions are everything here
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence, enthusiasm, and genuine knowledge of each dish and cocktail
- Present daily specials and answer questions in a way that builds excitement, not just information
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and seamlessly — precision matters at every step
- Be the bridge between kitchen and guest, ensuring every dish arrives exactly as it should
- Own the tableside moment — assist with and narrate the finishing presentations that make Ro unforgettable
- Clear and reset tables with care, maintaining the polished atmosphere guests expect
- Process checks and payments with efficiency and a warm close to the experience
- Pitch in wherever needed — great teams don't have blind spots
What You'll Bring
- A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel at ease
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle tables without dropping the thread
- Comfort with POS systems or the aptitude to learn quickly
- High school diploma
- Previous server experience preferred
- Must complete Ro's training program (paid, of course)
