We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team at Ponzu Sushi. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, work well in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Explain menu items, sushi selections, and daily specials

Deliver food and drinks promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Work closely with kitchen and FOH team members

Handle guest concerns professionally

Follow restaurant policies and health & safety standards

Qualifications

Previous restaurant serving experience preferred

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented and reliable

Knowledge of sushi or Japanese cuisine is a plus

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
