About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Terry's Grill, where we serve delicious breakfast and lunch to our wonderful Jacksonville community! We are looking for experienced servers with a passion for exceptional service to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. No experience, no consideration

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests during breakfast and lunch hours.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared and served correctly.

Process payments and manage cash register operations accurately.

Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.

Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

No trainees, if you don't meet the 4 years experience its a no go

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Current food handler's certification is a plus.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during peak hours.
