About the Role:

Bela Restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for passionate and energetic Front of House team members to join our crew! Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and upsell food and drink offerings

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, host stand, and bar areas

Collaborate with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth, timely service

Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus is a plus

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

RAMP certification or willingness to obtain (for bartending/serving roles)

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
