  • Responsibilities

    Step into Denver history at Quad Side Tavern , the newly renovated bar & restaurant inside the iconic Tivoli Student Union on the Auraria campus. Once home to the Tivoli Brewing Company (1870s–1965), this building is full of stories — from underground catacombs to decades of campus culture. We will again soon be serving students, faculty, and sports fans with great food, drinks, and service, and we’re building a team to bring the space to life

    Responsibilities

    • Provide welcoming, efficient service to all guests.
    • Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver in a timely manner.
    • Handle busy lunch, happy hour, and dinner rushes with professionalism.
    • Share fun facts and history of the Tivoli with curious guests.
    • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and side stations.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.

    Qualifications

    • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
    • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours).
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (carrying trays, stock, etc.).
    • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and game/event days
    • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
    • ABT (Alcohol Beverage Training) Certificate Required
    • Food Handlers Certificate Required
