About the Role:

Fin & Crab is looking for energetic and passionate Servers to join our team in Charleston, SC! If you love delivering exceptional dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy

Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and allergen information

Upsell menu items, appetizers, and beverages to enhance the guest experience

Process payments accurately using POS systems

Keep tables clean and properly set throughout the shift

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations

Requirements:

Previous serving or front-of-house experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment

Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol in South Carolina

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
