Job Summary. Luigi's Restaurant & Gourmet Express are seeking an experienced Server and Bartender to join our team for 3-5 shifts per week based on the availability of the right candidate! The Server and the bartender is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. Luigi's Restaurant has 3 a la carte dining rooms with a robust banquet business and live entertainment on the weekends. Seasonal outdoor dining in the summer, with an additional 30 tables, for al fresco dining and live entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings from June to mid September. Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders from customers

Answer questions about the menu and preparation

Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff

Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied

Take orders from customers for food and beverages

Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server is preferred
