    Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing client service accounts and maintaining accurate records

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and documentation

    • Support account managers in handling customer inquiries and service needs

    • Monitor project progress and help ensure timely delivery of services

    • Maintain internal systems with updated client and service information

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service standards are met

  • Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field

    • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or account assistance

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
