We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our service team by managing client accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and service contracts
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
Monitor client inquiries and ensure they are addressed efficiently
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Follow up with clients regarding service satisfaction and feedback
Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks
Track and resolve service issues or escalate when necessary
Contribute to the improvement of processes and customer experience
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, account support, or administrative roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and in a team
