We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Service Account Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that service requests are managed efficiently and client expectations are consistently exceeded. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, maintain account records, and support ongoing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between clients and service teams to coordinate timely and effective service delivery
Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on account status
Maintain accurate records of client accounts, service activities, and communication
Support account management with reporting, scheduling, and client onboarding
Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and services align with expectations
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and provide recommendations to internal teams
Collaborate with departments such as operations, billing, and sales to streamline account coordination
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in account coordination, client services, or administrative support
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills
